Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unused and unaltered
  • Include all original accessories
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important Exception – Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, essential oils and aromatherapy liquid products are non-returnable once opened, unsealed, or used.

 

How to Start a Return

If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Damaged Items
    If your item arrives defective, damaged (including broken glass components), or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind / Personal Preference
    If the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If we provide a return shipping label for a non-defective return, the cost of the label will be deducted from your final refund.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Failure to report damages or issues within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or refund.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

⚠️ This right does not apply to sealed goods (such as essential oils) that have been opened after delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time is up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Additional Notes
